Using the Tomato to Meet Student Challenges: The Pomodoro Technique and Student Achievement, Well-Being and Exceptionalities

The Pomodoro Technique has been a proven time management tool for over 40 years. This workshop will demonstrate how it can be adapted to be an effective pedagogical tool in classroom management by cutting down on distractions, student assessment and reducing procrastination, helping students with exceptionalities who have difficulty concentrating and in general lesson planning.
