Dear Exhibitors

The Fall 2017 OHASSTA Conference is fast approaching. A host of high quality workshops should ensure our usual attendance of about 500 delegates. These delegates come from all parts of Ontario and represent the whole educational spectrum including classroom teachers, administrators, student teachers, professors and researchers.  I am taking this opportunity to invite your participation in OHASSTA’s 2016 Conference.

1. Dates and Location

This year, we will once again be hosting the conference at the Ottawa Conference and Event Center at 200 Coventry Road.  Please note the change in this year’s conference location as we are going to Ottawa. 

The date of this year’s conference is:

 Thursday, November 16th and Friday, November 17th 2017

2. Cost

We will once again have a display area for all of our exhibitors. The cost of a standard display table is $727.50 plus H.S.T. (for a total of $822.08 per table).  Please note that this price includes the following: all coffee and refreshment breaks, as well as the set up and tear down cost incurred by the hotel, which includes two chairs, Wi-Fi, table dressings, and access to power.

All requests will be filled on a first come first served basis.  

4. Logistics

The publisher area will open at 10 am on Thursday morning. You will have the opportunity to set up your displays Thursday morning. Time has been set-aside on the Conference program specifically for viewing of your display by delegates. A tentative conference schedule will be mailed out with your invoice. 

Registration is based on a first come first serve basis. 

4. Shipping Materials

If you wish to have materials shipped to the hotel, please make separate arrangements with the hotel and you will be billed separately by the conference center for any additional audio-visual needs. 

5. Delegate Bag

If you wish to have materials included in the delegate packages then please contact Leigh Macdonald (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) Conference Co-ordinators, to arrange this; please note that there is an additional charge of $100.00 for inserts.
