The Fall 2018 OHASSTA Conference is fast approaching. A host of high quality workshops should ensure our usual attendance of about 200 - 250 delegates. This year we are partnering with ACS and we hope to draw delegates from all over the country representing the whole educational spectrum including classroom teachers, administrators, student teachers, professors and researchers. I am taking this opportunity to invite your participation in OHASSTA’s 2018 Conference.

2. Cost

We will once again have a display area for all of our exhibitors. Please note that this price includes the following: all coffee and refreshment breaks, as well as the set up and tear down cost incurred by the hotel, which includes two chairs, Wi-Fi, table dressings, and access to power.
If you require any additional audio-visual equipment please contact the Ottawa Conference & Event Center. All requests will be filled on a first come first served basis.

4. Logistics

The publisher area will open at 10 am on Thursday morning. You will have the opportunity to set up your displays Thursday morning. Time has been set-aside on the Conference program specifically for viewing of your display by delegates. A tentative conference schedule will be mailed out with your invoice.
Registration is based on a first come first serve basis and is exclusively ONLINE

5. Shipping Materials

If you wish to have materials shipped to the hotel, please make separate arrangements with the hotel and you will be billed separately by the conference center for any additional audio-visual needs.
